The erstwhile member of Kranium’s champion Frequent Flyers crew comes through with a mix of dubs from the 2018 Red Bull Culture Clash.

The Jamaica-born DJ, selector, songwriter and producer Devin Dixon — better known by his stage name DJ Polish — is one of the more influential figures in the NYC dancehall community. This founder of the King Midas crew is a grizzled veteran of battles and sound clashes — on the 1s and 2s for the Frequent Flyers at the 2018 Culture Clash in Atlanta, he helped Kranium’s squad take home the crown with a final-round comeback for the history books. On this episode of the Federation Sound, Polish comes through with a mix of dubs from the Frequent Flyers’ championship performance, and chops it up with host Max Glazer about the showdown in Atlanta, the NYC dancehall scene and his legendary Queens dancehall party, Seafood Tuesdays.
