All of the week’s best new electronic releases, plus interviews with female:pressure founder Electric Indigo and Honey Soundsystem’s Bézier.

Per usual, host Shawn Reynaldo will survey all of the week’s new electronic releases, but today’s episode also features an interview with veteran Austrian artist and female:pressure founder Electric Indigo. Here she talks at length about her organization and its expansive network of female, transgender and non-binary artists; she also reflects on the current state of gender inequality in electronic music and shares details of her long-awaited debut album, 5 1 1 5 9 3, which arrives next week on the Imbalance Computer Music label. Also on the show is San Francisco producer and Honey Soundsystem affiliate Bézier, who discusses his cinematic debut LP Parler Musique (which also happens to be the 200th release on the Dark Entries label). Plus, listen for this week’s exclusive premiere, a track from the upcoming New Path album on DFA by Montreal’s Essaie Pas, the husband-and-wife duo of Pierre Guerineau and RBMA alumna Marie Davidson.
