The Parisian DJ and producer plays a set in the city she called home during the minimal years of techno.
After cutting her teeth as a producer and singer, Miss Kittin began DJing in 1993 and has been on a mission ever since. Her breakout record, Champagne, made with her partner the Hacker, was released on DJ Hell’s International Deejay Gigolos label in 1998 and contained her trademark style of speech singing. Her first solo release, I Com, came out in 2004 via Novamute, a label that she contributed to regularly during the minimal wave in the mid-2000s. Having lived in Berlin during that time, she returns to the city in this episode for a set at S3ktor Uf0, the club night celebrating 30 years of techno in Berlin.
