Norway’s experimental rock legends premiere their new live album Drone Activity, curated and performed for RBMF Oslo.

Ulver (Norwegian for “wolves”) is a band from Norway. Formed in late 1992 by childhood friends Kristoffer Rygg and Carl-Michael Eide, the band was initially a folk-infused black metal group — but in its more than two-decades of existence Ulver has expanded toward a sound that blends everything from industrial and electronic stylings, psychedelic rock and ambient. In this episode, the group performs a specially commissioned piece called Drone Activity, which will be released on vinyl on May 11.
