Frosty rounds up unexpected versions of well-known tunes imprinted with individual flair by artists from around the world.

This special episode of Open End is dedicated to the fine craft of cover songs. Frosty gathers versions that mutate and elevate an array of stone-cold classics and underground favorites. Tune in to hear the Rolling Stones get launched into space with sitars and synths, a steel band blasting the Jackson 5, Argentine triplets toasting up electrified popcorn, a Jamaican dancehall classic flipped by a Hungarian-Italian porn star and politician, a deep house take on Neil Young, Stevie Wonder’s Persian portrait, a concentrated serving of Swedish pop spirit, Sade’s acolytes uncovering the key to infinity and much more!
